MAAS or "Merchandising As A Service" is our own branded merchandise fulfillment program.

One of the positive developments of COVID was the need to be able to fulfil our customer's merchandise from a central location that that could have access to remotely through an online interface.
​
Our clients in most cases were working from home without access to stock rooms or warehouse and with no visibility of what inventory they had or where it was located.
We launched MAAS as a solution utilizing our own warehouses and build an online platform that our customers could order and manage their branded merchandise through.
Three years later MAAS has become one of the most important elements that our customers engage with saving them time, reducing stock holding, reducing lead-times and streamlining their branded merchandise requirements.

Minimise Leadtime with a Fulfilment Service - MAAS

Utilising our own warehouse and in-house production we now offer our customers a complete stock fulfilment service.
This service involves an initial meeting once the contract is awarded where both parties meet and discuss the top fast-moving items. These items are then ordered, and we put in place a rolling stock holding facility.
We print the items and put them into our stockholding enabling them to be ordered and drawn from stock on a next day service.

So for example:
We identify that pens are a common product. We produce a few 1000 of the pens and put them into stock in our warehouse. When they are required by one of your entities we can pick pack and dispatch to the requested delivery address on a next day service.

Essentially, we become your warehouse and fulfilment partner helping to manage your branded merchandise from a central location that serves your needs nationwide.
This brings leadtimes down from up to 2 weeks to just 2 days.
